i traveled for a few days and came back to a new machine. installed it and moved the drive array. that allowed me to take down the machine that had been serving the drives and install oclp. i think i will now be able to string together two public-facing servers into a k8s cluster. i think this will be enough cores to handle all web traffic for the foreseeable future.

Infrastructure

i have been making huge infrastructure updates aboard the mothership. we are now serving publicly. the internet! in tandem, i have been experimenting with hugo as a mechanism for managing ongoing static site updates. if you’re reading this, it would seem that it is working.
